We don’t want you to have to worry about whether a surface is contaminated or not, so we’ve instructed our cleaning team to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership, including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.

We can’t protect you from exposure all of the time. So we’ve also placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the showroom and office areas of the dealership. We highly recommend making use of them after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, etc, which are usually passed around frequently and can not be regularly disinfected.

With COVID-19 still affecting the Murfreesboro area and Tennessee in general, many have switched to shopping online for just about everything. We want to make sure that if you’ve chosen to shop online you are getting the same level of support as you would in the dealership. 

    To ensure this, we’ve added a couple of new programs to our services. These include the new car delivery system, and the service pick-up program. Both of these save you the trip and potential exposure of coming into the dealership or service center and instead have us coming to you. 

    With the new car delivery system, once you’ve officially finished the buying process on any of our new models or used cars, one of our sales team members will bring your new car directly to you. For our service pick-up program, once you schedule a service appointment, we take everything from there. You just let us know where and when you’d like us to pick up your car and we’ll be over! Once your service appointment is done, we’ll return your car to your driveway, washed and disinfected.

Looking at a car on a computer and getting behind the wheel of one tells you very different things. Sure, you can see all of the stats of a car, miles, mpg, all of the technical details, but you can’t gauge how it feels and how you’ll feel driving it. That’s been the problem with online car shopping, until now. Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram came up with the At-Home Test Drive to keep the online shopping experience totally online! 

    Now, instead of having to potentially put yourself at risk of contracting COVID-19 by coming into the dealership, we’ll bring the car straight to you for you to test out around your neighborhood! This program works on any car you find in our available new car inventory or used car selection. If you want to move forward with the car after you’ve driven it for a bit, just let us know, or we’ll just take it back to the dealership for you.
